When using the Mail Accounts Manager, built in within the Hepsia Control Panel you are able to efficiently and quickly manage all of your email accounts, regardless of how many sites you’ve got. You can quickly filter mailboxes, enable anti–spam, set up email forwarding with a mouse–click and set up filters for use on your mailboxes. Because of Tiamat Studios’s auto–configure scripts, it will be easier to quickly configure your mail client to operate with every email account you have. And that is only a tiny part of what our Mail Accounts Manager could help you with.

Anti–Spam Protection

Fight spam with a mouse–click

From the Mail Accounts Manager within your Control Panel, you are able to take control of trash messages. The integrated anti–spam tool will filter incoming e–mails and you can now alter its level of control with only a mouse–click. You could also specify an alternative level of spam protection for every e–mail account.

There are 2 simple ways in which our system handles messages designated as spam. You can choose whether a spam email must be removed, or sent to a pre–selected mailbox.

Email Forwarding

Redirect e–mails with only a click of the mouse

Email forwarding is probably the more applied tools within the Mail Accounts Manager so we have done our best to really make it as elementary as possible. All you have to complete is simply select the e–mail account that you would like to use and designate the mailbox in which you want the incoming messages to get forwarded to.

Furthermore, you can select if the forwarded mailbox also needs to store the emails, or, if, perhaps they must be wiped after they are forwarded.

Email Filters

Configure specialized spam filters without trouble

Email filters are a tool you’ll be able to work with. They operate in a rather simple way according to keywords and phrases. All that you should complete is just specify the keywords and phrases that you like the filter to use and which part of the email these keyword phrases should be found in just like subject line, message body, footer, etcetera.

Another way you may use electronic mail filters is to direct all of the junk e–mail messages towards a special directory. Then you can also select if you want the filtered e–mail messages to be stored in the directory (which means you can see if some message is sent there by accident), it has to be removed.
